We didn’t see the sun on the Friday hike but it didn’t rain either. We walked around the Lafayette Reservoir twice, a total of about 4 ½ miles. It was just great to be out in the fresh air and see everyone again.
The Christmas tree was still decorated with treats for the birds and squirrels, as well as colorful Christmas ornaments. What a treat!
Jackie, thank you for driving. Hiking was Shirley, Claudia, Cecilia, Cindy, Aleta, and Barbara. We all enjoyed salad and pizza in Lafayette, and StarBucks afterwards to warm-up. Sharon said there will be a hike next Friday.
